Yes I know you can disable driver signing on boot, but that's a) not particularly secure if you're like me and only reboot when windows update does it for you and b) not as much fun. Of course given the fact I researched this about two weeks ago I forgot some of the details and had to relearn them while doing it. What we are doing is creating a new driver package and using the original inf file and dlls from the altera USB Blaster driver install then signing our new driver with a test certificate and putting the test certificate into the windows certificate store for the machine (not the user). This should work on anything windows 7 and newer, even tho we're downloading the windows 10 kits.
